Iemme has developed a software that interfaces with the most important Nordson Asymtek machines that allows you to obtain a complete FIS - MES based on the requests of the individual customer.
FIS or Factory Information System: it is a system that allows you to view the most important data of the production process by conveying them all within a single database that can be consulted from an external computer.
Within the database we can find:
- Program name
- Production lot
- Quantity to produce
- Operator ID
- Operator name
- Type (s) of valve (s) used
- Type of paint
- Paint Lot
- Paint expiry
- Note
MES or Manufacturing Execution System: is a system that allows you to manage Nordson machines within the production line, giving you the ability to remotely load programs and view the status of the machines.
Is divided into:
- Upload of Production Programs via Company Server
- Process validation for multiple cards between machines
Productronica 2021 Edition.
Iemmegroup will be present at the main international electronics event.
A large stand will host the most recent innovations of the brands represented and their internal production (wave weldering, ovens and handling) made by IEMME, the research and development unit of Iemmegroup itself.
Among the various topics we will also discuss: TRACEABILITY of the components in the assembly phase and INDUSTRY 4.0 with our IMS and WMS software.
Automatic warehouses for the management of assembly materials coordinated by a complete, intuitive and integrated software platform with ERP, company management systems and Pick & Place assembly software.
Ovens, wave welders and handling updated with new electronics made with the latest technologies with a new easy and intuitive user interface.
Iemmegroup actively responds to these needs with a complete range of solutions, appreciated and used both in Italy and abroad.
It is with this proposal that Iemmegroup intends to assist and support customers in their daily commitment to the new challenges imposed by the current market situation.

“Not only a Storage More than a software”
This is the keyword of the new Iemme product designed to increase load capacity and facilitate production start-up operations, thanks to its intuitive software.
Like the previous Lzero3, the STORAGE 3200 is managed by the WMS Software which, in addition to the loading and unloading of the reels, offers many functions, including the possibility of continuously controlling the internal and external humidity of the warehouse to protect the most delicate MSL components, of picking orders, control of approved components and much more ...

Platform that manages the Company Production, based on the concept of modularity.
There are multiple modules for data collection, management and scheduling of the production department on a single location.
The modules included in the IMS platform are:
-Traceability (ITS)
-Processing Stages (IJFS)
-Production (IPS)
-Statistics (ISS)
-Remote Assistance (which will start TeamViewer)
The modular IMS platform has the possibility to insert new modules inside it to meet the needs of each customer.
Traceability (ITS)
The Traceability module aims to archive and consult the traceability data from different machines of the production flow used in the production of electronic cards.
The Traceability screen will allow the user to search by PCB ID and view all the data recorded in the various machines associated with the searched object.
Within the form there will be search fields and some result areas, one for each type of machine configured in the production line.
In each area it will be possible to display a preview window in which the results will be reported, where it will then be possible to print or export (in PDF or Excel format) the information displayed.
Here are some examples of data that can be imported from some machines in the production flow:
Traceability Printer
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• pasta model
• pasta lot
• F / R blade pressure
• F / R blade speed
• temperature
• humidity
SPI traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• result
Pick & Place traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• item number
• reference designator
• unique reel code
Oven traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• single zone temperatures
• conveyor speed
AOI traceability
• date hour
• machine name
• production line
• AOI result (before)
• REPAIR result (after)
• child PCB number

In agreement with the Government, on March 14, trade unions and companies signed a protocol to protect the health and safety of workers from possible contagion from the new coronavirus and ensure the healthiness of the workplace.
The contents of the shared protocol for the regulation of measures to combat and contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the workplace are:
Covid-19 - Worker safety
Checks at the entrance of the company
The staff, before entering the workplace may be subjected to body temperature control. If this is higher than 37.5 °, access will not be allowed. People in this condition will be temporarily isolated and provided with masks. They will not have to go to the emergency room and / or to the infirmaries of the office, but must contact their doctor as soon as possible and follow his instructions.
The staff, and anyone intending to enter the company, cannot access if in the last 14 days they have had contact with subjects who tested positive for COVID-19 or come from areas at risk according to the indications of the WHO.
In order to reduce the possibility of contact with staff, the access of external suppliers must be regulated through the identification of entry, transit and exit procedures, using predefined methods, routes and timing. Where possible, drivers of means of transport must remain on board their vehicles: access to the offices is not allowed for any reason. For the necessary activities of preparing the loading and unloading activities, the transporter must comply with the strict distance of one meter.
For suppliers / transporters and / or other external personnel, it is necessary to identify / install dedicated toilets, prohibit the use of those of employees and ensure adequate daily cleaning.
Access to visitors must also be limited: if the entry of external visitors (cleaning company, maintenance, etc.) is necessary, they must comply with all company rules.
